The Chappell Group, Inc. (TCG) provided and continues to provide environmental services for the design and construction of numerous dredge/fill projects requiring mitigation within the Heron Bay community.

Environmental services included Preliminary Wetland Assessment reports, Due Diligence reports, and Jurisdictional Determinations with agencies including design services for dredge and fill projects.  The Chappell Group, Inc. also inspected the dredge and fill projects and review of mitigation as required.

Permitting services included expediting the permitting process through the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, South Florida Water Management District, Broward County Environmental Protection Department and the water control districts.
