Harbour Towne Marina

Harbour Towne Marina is located in the heart of the marine industrial district and Port Everglades less than 1-mile from the inlet.  The existing marina contains 379 dry stack slips, 151 wet slips, and 68 maintenance slips on 34 acres in the City of Dania Beach.

The proposed project is to remove a portion of an existing restaurant and parking on the property and construct a new state of the art 176 slip dry stack storage building and staging area.

The Chappell Group, Inc. provided environmental permitting services for the marina development including seagrass survey, overall marina design, and assistance with the DRC process with the City of Dania Beach.   

TCG is currently processing environmental permits with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, and Broward County Environmental Protection Department.
