The Sunrise Harbor project is located in the City of Fort Lauderdale bordering Sunrise Boulevard and the Atlantic Intracoastal Waterway (AIWW).  It is a high-end retail/residential development and marina.

The development includes a 4-acre parcel developed for 7,000 square feet of retail and commercial use and two 16-story residential towers with approximately 340 units and a 25 slip megayacht marina.

The Chappell Group, Inc. in conjunction with Craven Thompson & Associates, Inc. provided planning, surveying and civil engineering services for the upland development and provided environmental services for the marina development.As required by permitting agencies, The Chappell Group provided permitting services for the marina with design assistance from Bellingham Marine.  Environmental Permits were obtained from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, South Florida Water Management District, and Broward County Environmental Protection Department.
